When I find root beer in Europe, the Europeans always gag and posture, saying that it "tastes like medicine". So I asked which medicine, and it was "black draught syrup" so I tried it and it did taste a teensy bit like root beer so I guess I understand. However, when I manage to foist Dr Pepper upon Europeans, they almost always enjoy it just fine. I had one French guy pretend to gag, and then when I braced him he admitted he liked it but didn't want to admit it in front of the other French guys in the room.

Ask the butcher—politely—to grind it and keep all the fat 4. If you’re nice, they’ll pack it in separate containers so it’s easy to freeze 5. Say “thank you” 6. Result: plenty of ground beef for less. 17 lbs of ground beef for 67$ 😘
