When Full Send MetaCard launched, we planned to provide holders with benefits such as events, meet-ups, merch discounts, giveaways, access to the Metacard community, and more. Those benefits were delivered. Many Metacard holders took advantage of program benefits, and holder-only events and real-world experiences took place across multiple cities. Over time, it became apparent that some holders were dissatisfied with in-person events and perks, especially given the global scale of the community. After listening to community feedback, we made the decision to evolve the project. Holders were given two options. They could exchange their MetaCard for participation in our next consumer product venture, Bored Jerky, or receive a refund plus interest. A 30-day refund period was opened and communicated across official MetaCard channels.  Some holders chose to participate in Bored Jerky. Others chose refunds. Millions of dollars were refunded. We understand that not everyone is satisfied with how the project evolved. The refund option was intended to provide an exit for anyone who no longer wished to participate. We remain committed to building responsibly and communicating clearly with our community.

Pending USDA approval. The government shutdown backed up a ton of stuff but I’m hearing any day now. Fingers crossed because new product is incredible.
