I’m wondering what it means, looks like , and sounds like for teachers to feel they are trusted to move the learning forward in this environment?

My school leaders were wise enough to know that there are no experts in how to make this transition during a global pandemic and that there is no one right way to do this work. So they listened to teachers. And trusted us to do the work.
