最近这几天是在医院病床上度过的 上次生酮出现严重不良反应 一开始是恶心呕吐 结果晚上开始少尿 赶紧到医院急诊化验 连抽十几管血 检查结果大吃一惊 肾功能急剧下降 医生马上给办了住院 第二天给我做了肾穿刺 甚至可能要透析 穿刺活检结果出来 发现肾区并没有什么病变 只是肾小管急性损伤 躺了几晚之后肾功能已经逐渐恢复 医生说我是尿酸水平过高堵塞肾小管才造成了急性损伤 并不是之前猜测的酮症酸中毒 想了想自己平时很少吃高嘌呤类食物 红肉都只是一周才吃一次 还是很惊讶为什么会如此严重 对于尿酸这个事大家平时还是要多注意点
