This week, 16 of our regions were under attack. During that time alone, the Russians launched around 1,900 drones, nearly 1,600 aerial bombs, and 144 missiles of various types, including ballistic missiles. Today, Sumy was struck by aerial bombs. In Brovary, one person was killed in a drone strike, and six people were injured. My condolences to their families and loved ones. Kharkiv and the Kharkiv region remain under constant attack. Overnight, Russia also struck the Odesa, Zaporizhzhia, and Dnipro regions. This week, more than 1,500 sites have been damaged, including hundreds of ordinary residential buildings. A significant number of Russian enterprises working to sustain these attacks by producing components for drones, missiles, and guided aerial bombs have still not been sanctioned. That is why the aggressor is investing more and more in its ballistic weapons capability and is trying to ramp up production. The silence of Musk on Burnham is deafening. My reading is that the immediate objective is to weaken Farage. He served his purpose in helping to bring down Starmer. Now he risks becoming expendable. Once Farage is out of the way, Burnham, believing himself a king as he’s leading the polls, will face the full force of the MAGA machine: riots, cities on fire, smear campaigns, scandals and so on. The question is whether Burnham can withstand the kind of pressure Starmer refused to yield to. Starmer would not bend to MAGA. Will Burnham? For MAGA, either outcome is favourable. If Burnham folds, they have a compliant prime minister. If he refuses, they will do to him what they did to Starmer: turning him so unpopular as to create panic. There’s already enough discontent over Burnham because of his coup so they will simply amplify those voices, pushing Labour into a third leadership contest, risking the kind of collapse that destroyed the Tories. None of this is new. The pattern has been visible since July 2024, when Musk, 3 weeks into Starmer’s election, instigated the summer riots, then started calling him a dictator, and asked for his removal. 3 weeks he took him to start working on having him out. By getting rid of Starmer, Labour’s useful idiots may have walked straight into the strategy they never realised they were serving.
