@Dreckerr Yes that's completely understandable We are so hyped and Thankful for the new Zero Builds updates , We hosted Trio ZB Scrims yesterday to test it competitively before the cash cupsand it was more stacked than ever the overall Feedback was very positive, Honestly Great work!!

@Girlybella Shared elsewhere, but especially with the new environmental damage rates, excess of bunkers made things feel pretty campy especially late in the game. Not to say we can't/won't change things in the future of course, just where our heads were at going in!

@Dreckerr Me and my community LOVE the new update we appreciate you doing this for the Zero Builds Players, Only thing that would need adjustment in my opinion is putting back the Bunker stack number to 4 as 2 is too little to play with through the whole game other than that its Amazing!

@AmiraHuncho @thebesttaco With the new environmental damage rates, excess of bunkers felt pretty overwhelming and campy at later parts of the game. Not to say that this is the best choice / we'll never change it, but hopefully some of the intent is a little more clear. What would you like to see changed?

@Dreckerr @thebesttaco Would love for the bunkers to be back in stacks of 4, really hard to play for end game with only 2 bunkers in your inventory. Why was this change even made?

@totallynotbot89 For sure; it's a ton of information, mechanics etc all coming at you at once - especially when you're also doing it in first person. Pocket cooldown is something we're keeping a super close eye on.

@Dreckerr Love it. The pocket item cool down is a little long. I wish some more of the changes made it into Reload. It's a little overwhelming with all the changes at the same time as the overwatch collab so it's hard to truly appreciate.

@RangoRaishyu We playtested with bunkers as a pocket slot - at least for the initial rollout it made things feel pretty campy with what else we had available! Not saying that it's never going to happen, and I actually really liked it in team modes when one would carry it, thanks!

@Dreckerr i think the pickaxe infinite stamina is a little bit silly, since there's enough mobility in the game already. also, i think it'd be good to have bunkers as a pocket item!!

@ArchdruidSeptos The system is built to be changeable, yep! Whether or not we rotate things out and when we do from the default Pocket option will of course depend on the game, meta around it etc - we want to keep things fun and fresh.

@Dreckerr @EpicTofuChris I absolutely love these changes so far, my only complaint is still the server issues where NA East connects to other regions causing like 40-50 ping on average compared to like the usual 20 on builds etc

@EdHoopman Power Gloves should still be pretty readily available - they're ~1.8% less available from regular chests but aside from Pocket VM stations other sources shouldn't have changed too much.

@Dreckerr Great changes! Can we add gloves and zipline items back into the loot pool? There’s no good way to get across the map now. Or to get height. Shockwaves every 30 seconds takes forever

@DillonGeor Totally down to see what it looks like - nothing is off the table! Historically extremely low mobility ZB metas tend to have most engagements resolve pretty quick, but with the new environmental damage changes and having actual cover, maybe we're in a new world.

@DillonGeor The middleground of excessive snap mobility vs almost none in ZB is equally frustrating on both sides imo; having a one-out option you need to decide between map mobility or snap get out of jail is an interesting one, but it can feel game ending to make the wrong choice.

@Dreckerr Many changes, most are quality of life and should've been done 6 months ago. I'm thankful, but I'm also bothered that these changes have taken so long to reach us. The main complaints still are going under the radar of SBMM, Aim Assist, and balancing issues.

@CamzStreamz @EpicTofuChris Pocket swapping VM updates are something we really want to be able to separate from the current system so that we don't have (as many, at least) tradeoffs with it. Wanted to make sure that we were able to ship with the option to do so, though.

Loving this update! Im usually a ranked player BUT these changes have made pubs super fun for me being able fly the map with tracers blinks is sick! A little nitpick is (in ranked) you can no longer get fresh seven gloves from vending machines... as they now hold pocket items! It would be nice if in ranked we could still buy fresh gloves aswell like before the update? Apart from that issue in ranked pubs is awesome!

@realAlucar I think that the ability to land properly and better than other people in the lobby is one of the least talked about tremendous skillgaps in Fortnite - I'm excited to see what it looks like when people get REALLY nasty with this.

The additional utility slot, Overshield Siphon, infinite stamina outside of fights, and Ground Rush are definitely my favorite gameplay changes. Overshield Siphon made Zero Build way less annoying (?) if that makes sense, because you’re no longer punished as much for being aggressive and rushing players because of the amount of third parties. It’s a really good balance while still keeping a healthy amount of mobility in the game. The utility slot works really well as an emergency slot, and in my opinion Shockwave Grenades are the best item to keep there. Infinite stamina is also a great change, especially now that gloves have limited uses and you get punished for wasting them only for movement outside of fights. Landing Ground Rush is another really good addition because it creates a whole new layer of strategy while dropping in. Overall, this is the most refreshing gameplay update for me as a Zero Build main since March 2022 and the Wrecked season. I’m really excited to see more tweaks to the mode. The team absolutely cooked with this update! 🫶
