Don't understand the outrage to this. Being an elite tactician is mental. It should not be gender divided.
Of course, you could make the argument that she hasn't worked in as high level environments as male managers. But who cares? If she is good enough, sees success, that will prove to be irrelevant.
If she is not, then she will be sacked. Simple.
This is not like a woman trying to join men's football team, where men are obviously much better due to the physiological superiority.
