Has Ms. Dhillon released or sent any communication to Jeffco Kids First about her plans for her keynote speech, and if so, can you share it for attribution? Who arranged her participation, and is she being compensated or reimbursed? Is the gala a fundraiser, and if so, what does it fund, including any legal or advocacy efforts related to the Jeffco Title IX matter? Your petition page states, "Biological males occupy 61 positions on girls' sports teams across the district." The Office for Civil Rights' Letter of Findings indicates that count came from data reflecting "the gender provided by students and/or their families," rather than biological sex. Will you correct or qualify that statement? Do you have documentation supporting the "biological males" characterization? We will be watching closely to see whether your upcoming article is fair, objective, and balanced. If it is, we will reconsider our position going forward.
