We finished 3-1 and were 2nd place in the 2026 Barfield Tournament. I went 2-3, with a single, a double and a walk with 3 RBIs and 2 Stolen Bases in the Championship game. I was named Player of the Game for Northwood Academy.@CoachFBWaters, @ChasBaseball

Preseason - time to capitalize on strength & capacity gains made throughout the offseason. Glimpse into a Power/RFD focused preseason training session here. Strength work still exists in this month’s block, but volume is trending down. This lift is positioned closest to scrimmages on the back half of the week to minimize fatigue and soreness heading into preseason competitions. #ThePowerHouse | #GeauxTigers 🐅

Most HS players only want to play for a Power 4 school. While there's nothing wrong with this if you're good enough, there are drawbacks, especially if your goal is to get drafted. While I was drafted out of the ACC, here are 3 reasons I wish I'd considered other options.⬇️

Absolute domination. Flat out, domination. I'm not sure I've ever seen a state championship game like this. Northwood Academy, 61-7 winners over Heathwood. State champs. Johnny Waters took over a team on a 29 game losing streak. 3 years later. Here we are.
