@Abramjee Unfortunately, the video does not show us what transpired prior to these boys being moerd like this. However, no one has the right to interfere with the VIP protection because one's actions can easily be interpreted as a threat to the 'principal in transit '. THEY WILL LEARN!

Ok here is an update. After trying many channels. Email, calling the support center and Twitter, finally my fibre is up and running. The channel that finally came through was calling the support center twice a day and bending theirs ears for 30mins

@vumatel @CellC_Support well look at that 3 days have passed and posting on this platform has not yielded any feedback on the progress of my issue. Clearly assisting customers is not a priority.

@vumatel @CellC_Support I can't understand why it takes so long to move fibre from one house to another! Same ISP and FNO. 2 weeks still nothing!!! In the age of digitial systems you would expect better turnaround time than ADSL.

@vumatel @CellC_Support Another day shall pass without feedback. Why so long? Because they log a ticket to the dev/admin team. Turnaround 48 hours. When they get no response they log another ticket.Turnaround time 48 hours. See the pattern? Where is the accountability?

@CellC_Support So how long does it take to get feedback? Do you think that after more than a day you have not received feedback on what the status or delay is with my fibre move request is acceptable? Realistically when is it acceptable for me to get a little irritated.
