Breaking: The FCC has voted 2-1 along party lines to eliminate cyber requirements for telecom companies that the commission adopted at the end of the Biden admin. Telecoms had lobbied for the change. Democrats said it would invite another Salt Typhoon. Story coming shortly.

The document we were asked to sign equates asking DOD personnel to disclose information, even unclassified, that has not been approved by an “authorizing official” to asking them to commit a crime. So in essence: basic journalism = criminal activity. That is an unacceptable violation of the First Amendment.
