@merrydevo I think the point of their joke was that when they hear the kids scream their tubes tie themselves.

@merrydevo I see, how do you know they have a personality disorder? If they do is congratulating them really helpful. Some people might have never received the correct help / diagnosis growing up as a child. Maybe a conversation with them would let them know where you are coming from.
