@mohanga48274672 @SamsungIndia Samsung support is the actual worst. Someone marked their Galaxy buds stolen and accidentally put the serial number of mine. So the person unintentionally locked mine and could track them. Long story short, I had to contact the CEO office because support didn’t know what to do.

Disappointed with @SamsungIndia. My S22 Ultra developed the green line defect despite zero physical/liquid damage. Flawless condition. ​Switching to 60Hz masks it, proving it's an internal hardware/voltage flaw, yet service center denied a free fix citing a 3-year rule

The picture looks like an apartment complex, so he likely does have a doorstep outside his unit. But if delivery instructions are ambiguous, it’s protocol for the delivery guy to attempt to contact the customer and confirm the details. Customer has it at his residence, he has to take it inside. What if the customer didn’t add delivery instructions? Respect and decency goes both ways

@moncleo3001 @ApplesClubs That’s not a bug. iOS has always done this, the only difference in iOS 27 is that it’s actually giving you a notification that it’s doing it in the background so you understand if you have battery drainage or performance drops. It can take a couple days.
