@BmillsBiomech I know there’s always work to do but that’s the part I love. The guys always say they enjoy "hitting coach Trey" more than head coach Trey. Because the cage is a place where it has to be open, with good energy, and loud noises!! I create the environment my guys love to work in!

Sometimes I forget to talk about the hitting-coach side of what I bring. Being a head coach takes the spotlight but my favorite part will always be the work in the cage and helping guys grow as hitters. Thread Incoming!

Don't let him fool you, the range he has at SS I would put up against anyone!! If I can keep him doing the little things, and don't get complacent. We will have a defense that gives us a chance everyday!

I hope y'all are noticing the trend. We have guys who are willing to work and stay consistent with it. The depth we have is crazy! Gavin is a guy who plays the game the right way and it's nothing but loud noises in the cage!!
