NEW: Two things my sources tell me in the Chud The Builder case. - Eatherly deleted evidence before police were able to take his phone. If true this can easily be proven by digital forensics. Expect a tampering with evidence charge to be added if that is the case. - I’m also told he deleted the livestream.
