At about 4:00 AM today, a Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) bus belonging to Silver Travel & Luxury Bus was involved in a major explosion at Mando Garage Motor Park, Kaduna. The impact of the explosion extended to a second bus and nearby parked vehicles, causing significant damage and panic within the area. With Nigeria's weather, what is CNG doing without a colling system attached to it? Even in gas station, you'd see a sprinkler system keeping the tank cool because heat is bad for CNG.
