Meet John M. Young, a Black restaurateur who paved the way for what we now know as Buffalo wings in the 1960s. His restaurant, Wings and Things, served whole wings coated in his signature spicy “Mambo Sauce,” helping shape American food culture as we know it. #BlackHistoryMonth
