@josephselvraj Yes,in the above clip,there’s no 👮 but people enforced the rule themselves. We will reach this self enforcement state only when there’s enforcement in initial days where people get used to it and it becomes a habit and compliance becomes a norm.

@DriveSmart_IN Enforcement occurs only when the enforcer thinks that rules must be enforced. When the enforcer himself thinks that ends justify the means, he won't do much about it.

When I posted a similar clip many years ago,people commented that they’re wasting fuel 😦 How can we explain the power of enforcement,when we are used to break rules just like that ! If we really want crashes to reduce in India,our enforcement must scale up to this level !

What if the fuel is out of stock when we reached there to save few rupees by spending few rupees. Who will ensure that the price displayed on the app is agreed by the fuel station. How often the data gets refreshed on the app 😄 I don’t gamble for few rupees using these apps. Availability of fuel at the right time and use CoCO bunks

This would be an amazing feature. ⛽ If you could add a screen like this with fuel prices changing across Shell, HPCL, IOCL, BPCL and others, instantly comparing prices and finding the best nearby fuel station while travelling could save both money and time. It 10 seconds, but saves money every single time. ⛽💰What’s your opinion about this Petrol Price comparison feature?

Some businesses in India really like to cut corners by skipping safety norms. The recent anti-encroachment drive in Bengaluru is similar. If the government takes action to remove the encroachment, the victim card is pulled out. If the government takes no action, but if a natural calamity strike and damage their encroachment, they blame government and seek financial aids, without buying an insurance.

Whenever I attend any indoor events, I first check where the fire exits are and most often,they’re always not available except when the event is at a venue,which is known to maintain standards. Today I had to attend a birthday party at one such venue where there are no fire exits and only,one entrance for entry and exit. Suddenly they lit fire crackers for photo shoot 😳 and sparks fell on the decors and it caught fire. Though everyone put off the fire, there was heavy smoke 💨 and all kids had to be safely moved away and opened windows to let the smoke out! After a few days,everyone will forget this and the venue will be ready for another disaster waiting to happen! This made me think about it like,if I am approving this building, I will not approve at all. But what’s happening in India is,they don’t review up front and later if anything happens,they will put fine. The same behaviour is followed everywhere. We let people to make mistakes so that we can penalise later as penalties are treated as income sources. Example,driving licence ,tax etc But what about the lives lost or injured due to these violations? Penalties cannot bring back lives. Unless we fix the problem upfront at the source,the situation would never improve! Penalty is not the solution !

@jillsdaniel Exactly.. and with air conditioning,most event venues don’t have ventilation as well. Smoke is more dangerous. But nobody cares in India,we want our photos to be good.
