@SwoleSausageDoe As a CSM, I wouldn’t necessarily be at my truck but I’d me in the motor pool all morning. It’s a protected time that you can not only check maintenance culture but also connect with Soldiers.

I’m solely asking due to curiosity… Have yall ever had a senior leader CPT/1SG+ that REGULARLY is in the Motorpool doing their own PMCS or assisting their driver complete it? Not you’ve seen them do it a handful of times. I truly mean regularly.

Got my son a used Garmin watch so he can track his progress on workouts, etc. But man is he stubborn and he said he really doesn’t want it, let alone want to wear a watch. Hope I can find a way to persuade him.

I recently took the ACFT for the first time (👀) and scored over 540. Things I learned, I need to learn how to properly yeet a medicine ball if I want to get 100, the sprint/drag/carry is a smoker, and all events definitely add time to your normal 2 mile. I was disheartened by the amount of people who didn’t truly push themselves because they didn’t NEED to just to pass. I cannot stand people who aim for just the standard.
