I want to contribute to society in a positive way, just like when I served my country in the United States Coast Guard for eight years without pay. Not special treatment. Iran retaliates with ballistic missiles on U.S. bases across Iraq, Qatar, Bahrain. Hezbollah opens a second front on Israel. Houthis hit shipping in the Red Sea. IRGC fast boats swarm the Strait of Hormuz, where 20% of global oil transits. Energy prices spike. Supply chains collapse. Russia and China provide diplomatic cover or worse. Gulf states hosting U.S. bases become targets and start reconsidering the arrangement. Israel gains regional dominance but inherits a dilapidated neighborhood on fire. The Pentagon has plans for everything from limited strikes to killing Khamenei. What they don't have is a plan for what comes after.

May I ask you to look at human need. Just because you can automate a task does not mean me can’t invent new things and services. What about solar panelling the roofs of all homes and make localised energy grids. What about reclaim your languages and culture, teach your children about science and space. It’s not all doom and gloom.

There would be lesser remote jobs because AI would have automated many jobs.
