@wor @OurBloomNetwork Specialization without money or barter?

@sellieyoung My team has been uncovering some (possibly ancient) knowledge about how to classify value into different types, and then "cancel out" some of the value that otherwise leaks from our economic transactions.
The business model and tokenomics are explained at docs.google.com/document/d/1cR…

@charliedubbe @RegenCLT Would love to help with this effort.

The time has come to move beyond private Land Ownership, and return our earth into a collective commons. @RegenCLT is creating the operating system to facilitate this transformation.
See article for rumination on this topic wired.com/story/land-own…

@sellieyoung The connection is not specific to Mesquite, and the For Product requires the onsite production of all essential goods and services, so I am hoping to open that idea as a way to fund and perpetuate user-owned solutions at the granularity of Minimum Viable Villages.
English

@sellieyoung Yes, my question is partly sparked by you asking for buyers, since I would like to get consumers involved earlier in the pipeline for many reasons, but part of the "For Product" model includes the option to fund by "rewards based crowdfunding" which is like an interest-free loan.
English

@sellieyoung Would love to discuss a business model we might use here.
It is designed to remain viable even during extreme abundance.

@thewiseturtle @SeamusOhAilin Some declare "Property is Theft" because it has been used against us.
I wonder if we could own property in a different way, for a different reason.
Could we each own a
tiny amounts of land within a Minimum Viable Village to produce the Basic Outcome we each need?
English

@SeamusOhAilin A healthy community only happens when all are free and equal.
That's rarely happened in physical human communities, except in a few limited space~times.
The village of old was rarely healthy.
The village of the future will likely be.
English

@_madison_adams True land ownership to avoid paying rent.
English

@jam_finney Maybe a typo:
1) access to *ecologic* opportunity will 2) help solve the climate crisis
English

@Earthbasedsoul This causes each person to gain local land ownership in every supply-chain they need.
When you own a tree, you own the fruit.
There is no sale.
We can do the same on group property to avoid buying what we already know we need.
We use property to "pre-allocate" products.
English

@Earthbasedsoul I began studying the history of "economics" and was surprised to find so much confusion and disagreement about the origin and meaning of rent.
Turns out the proof is very simple.
When you own your home, rent is zero.
We can own in groups to avoid paying profit on essentials.
English

@Earthbasedsoul I started looking at this problem in 1999 after failing to regain control of my family's food supply.
I put down my shovel and asked myself "If freedom and abundance are such good ideas, why is society moving in the *opposite* direction?"
What force steers us away from success?
English

@Earthbasedsoul Most of the people I know have those same goals, and yet we seem unable to organize effectively to achieve them.
I think it is worth the effort to discover why so many "intentional communities" fail to deliver their own goals of localized abundance and empowerment.
