@XVeracity31904 @autumnrxnae @Rhymestyle Yugioh is a really fluid game and with no rotation to worry and a lot of cards get reprinted to death. You can genuinely just not buy a new box or card and when the money doesnt return to the scalpers it's just a fast pokemon crash. Which is why One Piece would have issues.

Investors poured in money to try and get people to pull out stocks from Gamestop but they refused and more people bought in and now big investors are taking a loss on that because they tried to finically ruin it to liquidate it.

@TrevorAllenMD Atem is a fine duelist, but his plot armor was a really strong factor in all his duels. He always seemed to have the absolute flawless line for any situation. Which is why I think he is probably the worst duelist of any of the others without it.

@TrevorAllenMD Atem's puzzle was a key part into all his wins, it was said to manipulate fate, while being a strong duelist himself the Pharoah mostly got by on the deck ordering his deck for a path to victory. Yugi was the one who defeated Marik without any item as his puzzle was stolen.

If I had one criticism about the original Yu-Gi-Oh! anime, it’s this: I was never convinced that Yugi was a stronger duelist than Atem... even if the Ceremonial duel "proved it."
