I paid for a full year of unlimited storage with @DropboxBusiness in March. Halfway through, now you’re telling me I only have 15tb (plus 5tb for 5 years.)
I’ve already used 14tb. You owe me unlimited for at least 1 full year which was the original agreement for which I paid.

@DropboxBusiness your admin tools are nowhere near good enough. The answer to every questions asked over two years about Dropbox business has been “nah, sorry, can’t do that”. E.g. Exported list of folders with owners and internal users seems pretty basic!

@shrike_pt @DropboxBusiness @DropboxSupport So I finally found out that the free trial has a non-clear bandwidth limit of 20GB per day, which I keep bumping up against. Finally got that info from support like blood from a stone. Paying solves that. But now I am banned for a week. Useless.
