Tonight we helped clean the blood of one of our participants off the front steps of his home- he was shot this afternoon walking into his house with his grandfather.
Thankfully he survived, and his grandfather wasn’t hit.
I hope this never feels normal.

Attended the funeral today for one of our @ChicagoCred young men who was tragically killed recently.
The funeral director came up and introduced himself.
He said he has 26 funerals today. Of the 26, 16 are for people less than 25 years old.
We are eating our young…
