@DrugDogs @Shopify 3 weeks is insane frustration. Same slow support hit my store before. Quick move: Reply to every ticket with screenshots + console errors (F12 > Console). Escalate daily and mention 'small business impact'. Many got human review faster. Can I have a closer look?

@Tyler_Hammer_ It’s also stupid because KISS literally has a known, named fan club. Weird analogy. Even if still stupid, Shouldn’t they say “the KISS army are just boomer juggalos?” Or shouldn’t KISS be equated to ICP and not the fam base? probably thought he was cooking with that one.
