@JioCare I ordered a matching no SIMs on 2nd Dec, and it’s been 9 days with no update at all.
Multiple calls & emails but no one is taking responsibility.
Plz resolve this urgently.

New Jio SIM delivered but not activated since early Dec. No update about 2nd sim.
Multiple 48-hour assurances missed.
Final deadline 17 Dec also crossed.
Complaint now filed on DoT PG Portal.

Are you really hearing it. I DON'T BELIEVE as per my experience. One Sim is not delivered, the delivered sim is not active.
