@Dsonders My mentor added that "defining reality" often in practice means projecting calm you don't feel, so that other people can be calm. 2/

Feels like I’m starting to figure out what it means to be a startup founder. The job is: 1) absorb the negative energy of everyone around you while trying to channel it productively, 2) disconnect your own emotional response from your outward actions. Sound about right?

Free idea for airlines: load passengers like Tetris pieces. If you put me next to another large human-shaped object we do not fit together very well.

Choosing between several open middle seats on the United app is like playing Russian Roulette with your personal space. Sometimes you get a your entire seat, sometimes quite a bit less.
