@terryflewers All I would say to that Terry is, The results have been terrible on the pitch but I could see some improvement and vision, if Amorim had 3 or 4 more players I could of seen it working. The board however I could never seen anything getting better with them in charge

All three have fallen short. Amorim has not been good enough, the squad is painfully average, and the ownership, taken collectively, has been nothing short of disgraceful.

It’s been clear for a while that one of Manchester United’s biggest problems is a lack of real leadership. In the boardroom, in the dug-out and in the dressing-room. Glazers and Ineos keep making bad decisions on the football side - and the Glazers are more focused on the money side anyway. Ruben Amorim wasn’t a real leader, a commanding figure the team and fans craved.
The team itself lacks leaders. Who takes responsibility in adversity? What’s wrong with United is not just a question of calibre but character. They have to appoint and recruit better. They need more like Bryan Mbeumo, who can’t return soon enough.
As for 18-year-old Shea Lacey, he was naive and impetuous, deserved the two yellows, but at least his mortified reaction showed how much he cares. He knew he’d let the side down. Others do it regularly. United need more leaders, strong characters who think about the team and the club before themselves. #MUFC

I will always give new owners, managers, and players the time they deserve. However, I was wrong, wrong to believe that INEOS could turn this club around. While I preferred the Qatari takeover, I still felt that INEOS might bring progress and improvement. I am big enough to admit when I am mistaken, and on this occasion, I was. This club needs new ownership, and it cannot be INEOS.
