@LocantroTony @ick_real Sounds good to me. I’ve previously been on the keto diet and achieved fantastic results but this is obviously the next level again. The first week would be the most difficult - in conjunction with giving up my daily 2 - 3 alcoholic drinks I’ve been enjoying whilst travelling.

@DuaneMacpherson @ick_real I started as close to the "Lion Diet" as possible then gradually eased into it. Had very fast results and that's what kept me going. I'm now 95% adherent as I'm not giving up coffee and coconuts when I travel to South East Asia. Alcohol remains the easiest thing I've ever quit.
