Students need connections. Can’t the same be said for our new teachers? Who are they connected to on campus? What network is there for them? People (students and adults) need connections to other people. Relationships matter.

Leaders, Communication is critical in crisis, but be careful not to communicate too much (overwhelm) or too little (confusion). Even more important is quality of the message. Makes sure you are supporting, encouraging, & expressing appreciation before all else. Quality> Quantity
