Just the fact that I can call this my JOB like actually WORK is insane to think about and I am so so thankful for that. I started making UGC items because of the UGC program being a thing on Roblox and i’m so happy I got into it with creating on Blender. It’s really cool how you can use your imagination to make anything real on Roblox for people to wear. But it’s not just that. It’s also the people I’ve met over the years such as friends who helped me and developers who gave me a chance. Honestly, thank you so much for that. Without any of you I wouldn’t be here. I’m excited for what the future holds and I really hope there are many more years to come! 💖🦆

The rendering validator check works in this way: 1 Full animation (both eyes close + mouth open + smile) 2 Eyes (both eyes close) 3 Mouth (mouth open + smile) If it failed the first validation that means it has to do something about ur cage not projecting the landmarks correctly on your eyes/mouth mesh OR ur texture not being applied like it is in ur case! For reference the validator fails if the color of the eyes and mouth is too similar to the actual head color! (in your case it is because of no texture applied) The validator system is not bad at all, its too confusing to understand at first because the error description is honestly really bad and not making actual sense. Please shoot me a dm if that didnt fix it, I can help!

This is what an "undetected" left eye looks like. It's probably a cage issue of course, but I can't be 100% sure because there is 0 feedbacking. I've done everything I can imagine to the cage and had no luck.

Hii, I’ve recently had the same issues. "Dynamic Heads on the marketplace must be setup to properly animate the core facial movements, but our detection did not notice a substantial change." What more could I do? What could anyone else do? Its impossible. They will delete everything. @Roblox fix ugc

I'm not gonna lie... I dont really care as much that your using my ugc item on a pet of urs. But I just dont understand why u didnt reach out to me first to get the permission to use it on a pet I've had people in my dms with games still being made and even they ask me directly for permissions. This is a game that earned millions btw, surely its not that hard to get an actual modeler on it to do it for you🦆 Hit me up if you ever need models!

@dvdko_ They’re moderating stuff without looking at what accessory type it is, a friend of mine had a similar issue but with a shadow head… they thought it was an actual bundle head which it wasnt it was a face accessory like urs 🥀

I was gonna wait it out a bit and see what would happen since I really dont like ranting like this in public but so far 151 korblox recolors have been deleted for cheats and exploits and spam reasons One of my recent appeals they have replied with the following reason "All accessories that are hidden in the body are not allowed.", when I tried to explain how it actually works I got hit with the "try again with a different concept" reasons again While I do get why moderation thinks this item is hidden inside ur leg this is not how this works, I dont think support understands how this a layered clothing item specifically made for a korblox leg as described in every description and title of each item For example you could see it as "shoes" but specifically made for a 1.0 bundle (as most got this described in the name of the item), you wouldnt see that being worn on a 3.0 bundle or any bundle outside of 1.0 I fully understand this reason being placed for actual scams where there are 1:1 korblox copies as a rigid waist accessories and is solely made to scam consumers This item is nowhere a rigid accessory and is a layered clothing item, a layered clothing item that only works with the korblox leg since it would deform being equipped on any other different leg outside the original korblox leg This is the third time making a post like this and I feel like I havent gotten any clear support from roblox whatsoever, its all I ask I dont like complaining in public at all but I feel like I'm left without options, I wouldve preferably loved to have a contact to someone in the ugc team working at roblox for issues like this to be resolved private They do say thirds time the charm, sooo @Roblox could you please help me out? 🙏

@DuckXander Something similar happened to me, they told me that they’re aware of the issue but since most of the team is on holidays so they can’t give a true update until 5th of January

8 days later I received a response from support giving me the exact same reason with no added context. I have replied back but knowing how roblox support works it is looking very very unlikely these will go back up again In those eight days more than 20 Korblox recolors have been deleted all for the reasons misusing Roblox systems and or cheating and exploiting I am not sure what to do anymore. Once again these are layered clothing pieces meaning they wrap over an existing korblox leg and are not made to mimic it. The description and title state they are for recolor purposes only In those three years they have been up I have seen loads of creativity from people using them to add a small touch to their outfits and I loved seeing that. To this day I am still happy I made these because they started off my career and I am incredibly thankful for that @Roblox one last time, could u please help me out here? 💛🦆
