The Massachusetts House passes a bill banning social media use by those under 14, and requiring parental consent for those 14 and 15 years old. The bill also prohibits cell phone use in school from arrival to dismissal. The bill now goes back to the Senate.

So this monster kidnapped, abused, and murdered a random 7-year-old girl. The crime was recorded, and he has admitted to it. Why should he be allowed to live on death row for the next 30 years at taxpayer expense, and get access to elite lawyers to appeal at taxpayer expense?
