@rocknrollofall I heard they had some live shows back in the day where they swapped instruments among the band members and kept playing! Incredible talents! Playing drums and singing is super tricky as well. The Band was amazing!

I don’t think people realize how difficult it is to play the drums and sing like this at the same time. The Band is very talented and this performance is a proof of that. You cannot duplicate what this band did. There is a uniqueness to what was going on musically and lyrically. The Band performing 'Up On Cripple Creek' live on The Ed Sullivan Show, November 2, 1969.
