LOCH NESS COMPLETED!! 37KM, 23 miles and the length of Loch Ness ran to try spread awareness of mental health. The most mental challenging run I’ve ever done but so grateful to say I’ve done it. Nice to have a little swim with Nessie to finish off. MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS❤️
