Wrestlevotes also says that additional outside involvement that was speculated to be Jelly Roll. It was said that WWE went back to the drawing board to discuss any possibilities regarding the story Sources stated that CM Punk's comments on Monday were an indicator of the shift and the plans becoming fluid throughout the week, as his comments were not a part of the plan the as of the Friday of the Pat McAfee reveal. Both of these things are true IMO. 1. It's weird as heck that some former players are bad-mouthing and flexing on Bama. The longer it's been since they were here, the more bizarre it is. Also not super believable. 2. Ohio State has pulled ahead of us as a program. The margin is small, but it's there. Hoping we use the insults as fuel to get better. Let's leapfrog them again and get back where we belong.

@Kephfas I don’t have a streaming service that allows me to see Smackdown live. I’m very close to cancelling Netflix. Neither show is consistently good enough for me to want to tune in live. I catch the clips on X and YouTube, I have no reason to watch the live shows

Look, I’m not going to blame Cody Rhodes exclusively for WWE Smackdown’s failures… But I am going to say that, with a mid-ass show like Smackdown has been, if you had an absolute megastar show up for just one segment, it would rehabilitate the show to a large degree. Cody Rhodes has shown himself to NOT be that “absolute superstar” that can move viewership in a positive direction. He’s popular with children and relatively popular with adults, but his popularity wanes when he’s next to an actual megastar.

Cody and Randy Orton have enough pull in wwe to say no to things, so why they are allowing the wwe creative team to insert these random celebrities is beyond me Thank god Cm Punk and Roman are aware enough to not let Triple Baldy add someone like Ksi & Druski to their feud

@SuplexInsider No, he was awful overall. Triple H was goo until the TKO Board with Rock decided to start throwing in their plans that didn’t fit any of the narratives running weekly on tv. Every time there brought someone in or turned someone, it’s been a massive flip outride of the initial pop

Triple H is to blame for the last 2 years of garbage. He deserves the blame for the terrible weekly television we have gotten coming out of WrestleMania 40 I don't blame him for last night's Pat McAfee fiasco. They are actively trying to sabotage him during their busiest season of the year. He's the one going to get the blame for this year being a flop. Meanwhile it was TKO's decision to run Mania in Vegas again, inflate ticket prices 25-30% over last year. The fact that it is all down this year, it has prompted Ari Emanuel to start making requests creatively. Ask yourself this. If Vince McMahon was still there, would Ari Emanuel tell Vince McMahon what he needs to do creatively? Highly unlikely. Triple H will be out in 18-24 months. 7 Bucks Productions will take over. And Brian Gewirtz will be running creative.

@macandcube the 4 major conferences need to have their own conference championship tournament. The SEC could do a four team tournament and so could the others. That would still give you 16 teams and it would make the SEC championship the only way to get into the CFP.
