Guys… the 1st Amendment only protects you from the government silencing or persecuting you for your speech.
If you go out and harass people for clicks, you open yourself to a host of consequences that have nothing to do with the 1A nor the government.
Doing so also throws self defense out the window, as you initiated the engagement.
This is common sense.
If this makes you angry, you are probably stupid.

@DaviesKim82 @GigglingGanon @CulinaryOasis79 Unfortunately, what’s going on in your country is a perfect example for why our Bill of Rights is so important.
Genuinely hope you guys can turn things around.

Administrative assistant for the city believe her feelings trump the rights of the citizens.
In this tense encounter, an independent journalist enters city offices to exercise a basic legal right: inspecting the public records index. Under Washington state law (RCW 42.56.070), this document is required to be available for public inspection. It’s not a favor; it’s the law.
Enter Sabrina Costik, an administrative assistant who claims to be "brand new" but is already attempting to rewrite the Constitution based on her personal feelings.
The exchange highlights a growing and dangerous trend in public service—the idea that personal "traumas and triggers" override the civil rights of the public. Throughout the video, Sabrina argues that:
Her "comfort level" should dictate where a citizen stands.
Her "liberties" are being violated by a camera in a government building.
Recording her is "incredibly rude," effectively prioritizing social etiquette over the First Amendment.
The situation required the intervention of Deputy Chief Matt McKnight of the Chehalis Police Department. In a masterclass of de-escalation and legal clarity, McKnight had to explain the hard truth to his own staff: when you are a public servant in a public building, you do not have a "reasonable expectation of privacy" while performing your duties.
McKnight—who is currently campaigning for Lewis County Sheriff—remained professional, but the core issue remains: Why are public employees being put behind counters without a fundamental understanding of the Bill of Rights?
As far as McKnight, he is running for sheriff in 2026 and his understanding and respect for the rights of the citizens is everything you would want in county sheriff.
That said, as far as Sabrina, when "I’m uncomfortable" becomes a tool to suppress transparency, the public loses.

@TaylorGrigsby10 @Cheytec4081980 @GBNT1952 I can’t help that you lack the capacity for basic reasoning.
English

@Dumb_pseudonym @Cheytec4081980 @GBNT1952 This isn’t premeditation.
He knew the possibility was coming because our society grants outrage over words.
“But it was a really bad no no word! He knew this would happen!”
How would he know that?
English

@TaylorGrigsby10 @Cheytec4081980 @GBNT1952 Completely premeditated. He is wholly fucked legally.
Inciting violence already substantially weakens a self defense case. Posting that you intend to kill someone before hand… well. He’s fucked. For good reason.

English

@Dumb_pseudonym @Cheytec4081980 @GBNT1952 He said he was going to go look for someone to shoot?
I am a concealed weapon carrier because the police are useless when they aren’t available to help.
English

@Dumb_pseudonym @Cheytec4081980 @GBNT1952 Of course it’s not.
Why would it be? Your life is on the line nkt because of the words but because of the assault, unless you believe words are assault

@neontaster Gonna guess they weren’t trained for cave diving.

@SakakiIsCute There are plenty of both… it’s just the big guys thinking that quit after their trial week so you don’t see them as much lol
The little guys are annoying though… sometimes I wish I could drop 50-60 lbs temporarily just to show them I’d still smash them at their size lol
English

@Dumb_pseudonym I don't see this "all over social media" though, and I've never had an experience at my clubs were a bigger guy comes in and thinks he is gonna just win with strength alone. It is far more common for me to see people who think BJJ or karate is magic and that 2-3 years of training
English

@Dumb_pseudonym What flood of comments? 95% of the comments are people saying size doesn't matter. You are hallucinating these "insecure big guys". Do you even train a martial art?
English

@SakakiIsCute The flood of posts and comments every time this happens suggests otherwise. 😂
It’ll be okay buddy. I know you’re tough, big guy.
English

@Dumb_pseudonym They don't "get in their feelings" eberytime this happens. You're just making stuff up. Why would a 6'9 guy who used to play Basketball professionally be insecure?
And do you know how many guys have started doing martial arts because they were insecure and got bullied?

Videos like this are cool because it makes 150lb BJJ blue belts think they could defeat Hafthor Bjornson in a street fight
Happy Punch@HappyPunch
260-lb powerlifter Larry Wheels just crashed out after getting humbled by lightweight MMA fighters 💀 “I’m going to cry. I’m a bitch. I got bitched out.”
English

@Cheytec4081980 @GBNT1952 It’s also legal to be a shit bag saying provocative things in the street.
However, it’s illegal to shoot someone when you get punched in the mouth for doing so.
English

@GBNT1952 It is completely legal to yell fire in a crowded theater!
