@JAShuttleworth Sorry! So I think you just need one of these (link below). Just check that the connection in image 3 you posted looks like the connector here and you should be sorted. Any AV geniuses out there? I need to connect the video from a reversing camera (yellow RCA female) to a monitor with a 3.5mm male input…..what’s the best way to do this? Use a RCA to 3.5mm converter and then an extension? Help me.

@JAShuttleworth I’ve looked at your pictures and have a better idea. So the camera takes this four pin connection as an option for its output, and you have a cable for 4-pin to 3.5mm which will plug into the display? In this case as you need is a suitable length of 4 pin aviation!

@JAShuttleworth Not that I’ve seen, a quick search hasn’t turned anything up. For 6m I’d probably connect the output to a 10m male-male RCA then a short converter to 3.5mm. Signal quality should still be fine at that length (20m+ I’d convert to Ethernet but that won’t affect you here).
