Apart from SIR, ECI, CBI, ED, IT, what do you think are the main reason behind TMC’s defeat in West Bengal?

India 2026, Q1: Welcome to the Age of Absurdity!
**1. The Age of Fake Everything**
We are officially living in the golden era of fake. Fake toothpaste, fake paneer, fake soya chaap, fake eggs, even fake liquor that can probably kill you faster than the problems you are trying to forget. And now, even music is not real. AI is churning out songs while originality is on ventilator support. Quality control has become a joke. Nobody checks, nobody cares. Consuming garbage is normal now. Survival itself feels like a gamble. You don’t know if what you’re eating will nourish you or slowly poison you.
**2. Influencers Over Integrity**
Influencers are everything now. Creators have lost their original edge. The same people who once felt raw, honest, even rebellious, have now become polished industry insiders. Everything is antiseptic, staged, brand safe. Not because they want to create, but because they want to keep the deals coming. Corporate money decides what gets said and what gets buried. Critical thinking has been replaced by careful scripting. It is almost funny how many people who were once called cool or profound have quietly pivoted. Today they echo mainstream narratives, align with corporate interests, and play safe just to stay relevant. Authenticity has been traded for ad revenue.
**3. Cinema Over Country**
And in the middle of all this, what is the national conversation? A brainless propaganda film like Duranthar. That is the level we have reached. Economy collapsing, people struggling for basic things like LPG cylinders, roads breaking down every few months, but no, let’s discuss a movie. Even worse, films have entered political speeches. When the PM start referencing commercial cinema to stay relevant, you know the bar is not just low, it is underground. It is bizarre, it is embarrassing, and yet people are clapping.
**4. Pollution is the New Normal**
High AQI is no longer news. It is just another day. Breathing toxic air has become routine. Instead of reducing pollution, it feels like the focus is on hiding the numbers. Adjust the data, tweak the reports, make it look “manageable”. Problem solved on paper, lungs still suffering in reality. We have normalised slow poisoning of an entire population.
**5. Heatwave Apocalypse Incoming**
India is topping charts again, but not the ones to be proud of. Some of the hottest cities in the world are here. April is just the trailer. May will be the real horror show. Thousands, maybe lakhs, will suffer or die. And still, no urgency, no serious preparation, no clear communication. With all the technology we have today, forecasting is not the issue. Action is. But action only comes after tragedy, never before. As always, we wait for bodies to count before we pretend to care.
**6. The Great Escape into Absurdity**
At this point, what do you even do? Criticise and hope for change? That feels like shouting into a void. The system is not just broken, it is comfortably broken. So the only options left are either to lose your mind or laugh at the madness. India right now feels like a car in freefall. No brakes, no driver, nothing. Just speed and chaos. And instead of trying to fix it, people are busy arguing about background music.
So maybe that is the final stage. Accept the absurdity. Sit back and watch. Because trying to make sense of this country in 2026 is the most illogical thing you can do.

@harshils @haaris_officl @HPhobiaWatch Abe chomu, she was just an employee with a salary of hardly 15k, not any HR manager! This detail is already out! R u brain dead or wot?
English
@DunderMiff17 @haaris_officl @HPhobiaWatch Being a lady she ignored all the complaints from the victims (mainly females) and didn’t help them. Even she told that this happens just accept it.

@HappyDesigns_ @Nher_who Most probably for that TCS issue, wherein somebody complained that they were in d verge of conversion to Islam, coz they were fed chicken😆
English

@Nher_who Centre - BJP
State - BJP
BMC - BJP
And yet they are out on the streets protesting… to wake up whom exactly?
Should we expect even a tiny bit of sense from BJP or is that too much to ask?

Last week, my colleague @debanganaghosh4 travelled to Nashik to report on the crisis at TCS.
In under 48 hours, she accessed all 9 FIRs and spoke to the SIT head, public prosecutor, and defence lawyers.
Her @moneycontrolcom story, published today, raises tough questions.
TCS said it didn’t receive complaints via POSH (prevention of sexual harassment) channels. Per the FIRs, Ashwini Chainani, a delivery operations head who’s been with the company for over 20 years, dissuaded young women from filing complaints, even as she was part of the POSH committee.
When there was a complaint about Shafi Shaikh’s conduct by a woman employee in 2022, senior manager Nitin Kapoor merely shifted him to another department.
Kapoor also wrote several mails to Chainani about the lack of work ethic among the accused (tardiness, bullying, subpar work), but even those were seemingly ignored.
Many of the complainants are young employees from economically vulnerable backgrounds who, according to investigators, were hesitant to come forward earlier.
Another key gap: the identity and role of the Nashik unit’s HR leadership remain unclear.
According to the FIRs accessed, a common pattern of alleged harassment involved repeatedly asking women intrusive questions about their private lives, despite them not wanting to answer.
This included questions on whether they had physical relationships with their boyfriends, whether they were going on a honeymoon with their spouse, commenting on a woman with Polycystic Ovarian Disease (PCOD), and telling one of the complainants to work on her body and lose weight.
Public prosecutor Kiran Bendbhar, who is representing eight out of the nine complainants, told Moneycontrol that Ashwini Chainani was also, in fact, a part of the company’s Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) committee, yet she failed to raise the complaints.
SIT’s Mitke said the victims were scared because none of the managers they had been verbally raising complaints with took any action.
This is a deeply reported piece that goes beyond headlines to examine what may have gone wrong inside a small unit of one of India’s largest companies.

TCS backs up everything I wrote in this article. So far, two of the eight questions I've raised have been answered.
But not in favor of the Sanghi narrative. Let us wait for additional clarity.

@shetty_santhu1 @chandrarsrikant @TCS Abe chomu, explanation should be provided by the police on what basis did they arrest those 8 people, not the company!
English

@TCS, whether she’s in HR or not doesn’t change anything—she’s still your employee. What explanation do you have regarding the eight people who’ve been arrested? How was this allowed to operate for so long without anyone being aware? This raises serious concerns—any chance this is being downplayed to reassure investors and clients?

🚨 IMPORTANT: TCS CEO says co has appointed Deloitte and Trilegal to lead internal investigation. Clarifies that Nida Khan is not a HR manager and say preliminary review of the systems and records pertaining to the Nashik unit indicates that they have not received any complaints of the nature that are being alleged on either our ethics or POSH channels.
Full Statement ⏬
1. We have engaged the services of expert teams from Deloitte and a prominent law firm Trilegal
as independent counsel to the internal investigation led by Ms. Aarthi Subramanian, President
and COO, TCS.
2. We have constituted an Oversight committee chaired by Mr. Keki Mistry, Independent Director
of TCS.
3. The findings of the internal investigation will be presented to the Oversight committee, for
review and implementation of any recommendations
We would also like to put certain facts on record:
• Ms. Nida Khan who is being repeatedly mentioned in the press as HR manager of TCS, is neither
a HR manager nor responsible for recruitment. She served as a process associate and did not
hold any leadership responsibilities.
• Our unit in Nashik continues to operate and serve our clients. Reports in the press about the
unit being shut down are absolutely untrue.
• While detailed reviews are still underway, a preliminary review of the systems and records
pertaining to the Nashik unit indicates that we have not received any complaints of the nature
that are being alleged on either our ethics or POSH channels.

@Minnal025 @PanickarS Hmmmmm…..not really, wen I say vermin, u r a vermin to the society! There is no doubt abt that! Of course, just like an average BJP stooge, u don’t hv any logical response to any of my arguments! That’s how incredibly stupid u r!

Incredibly dumb logic, but honestly, what else can we expect from cowdung brain. Fine, let’s assume for a second that the shop owner’s intent was to insult Hindu deities by putting up a poster implying Krishna eats chicken. Even then, if you had any basic sense, you’d at least check whether that shop owner has a history of targeting Hindu beliefs before jumping to conclusions.
Unlike brain dead toiletless cowdung incels of BJP, most people don’t wake up on a festival morning like Vishu and decide to insult a deity for fun. That’s just not how normal thinking works. And yes, he came out and apologized, which I don’t think was necessary to bow down to the attacks of vermins like you. But of course, that nuance doesn’t fit the narrative you’re trying to push.
English

@DunderMiff17 @PanickarS Does Krishna eat chicken? What was the intention of that image
English

Firstly, I’ve never seen you raise your voice against your own side. Oh wait, you’re “neutral,” right? But, neutrality doesn’t mean staying completely silent when the institution/fringe you cheer for is busy harassing, abusing, and assaulting minorities, both mentally and physically. That alone wipes out any moral high ground you think you have to lecture others about respecting religious beliefs. So simply shut up!
Secondly, adding an image of Krishna to non veg food is not automatically disrespectful. In North Kerala, people do eat non veg during Vishu and around Onam. So when you say this hurts Hindu sentiments, others can also say that forcing a fully veg sadya hurts their traditions. It goes both ways. Also, your Panicker surname reflects the same caste based ideas that promoted vegetarian purity. Your fellow BJP stooges already spread that “beef force feeding” video from Kerala last week, which failed miserably . Now this is just the next story. If you are Malayali, this is honestly embarrassing.

@MaliciousCoyote @DunderMiff17 @_amitbehere Answers my point that even when converting to islam you need to choose the school of thought of your partner.
English

While the TCS story clearly is being manipulated and misrepresented in social and Godi media to demonize Muslims,
as has been done since years, countless examples,
even if we assume that the worst is true, the explanation is not religious.
It's that all Indian men are fucking shit/trash. Including all Indian Muslim men. Just the degree differs from person to person.
It's that simple.
English

@thedoublepiv0ts @_amitbehere Manipulated into what? Eating beef?😀
English

@_amitbehere I have a similar case in my company where a H girl who recently lost her father has been totally manipulated by a M guy .
And grooming gangs are a reality not an urban myth.
