Day 16. I'll be honest, I'm praying Richard will go home soon. But I totally understand why he feels he can't. I admire his determination beyond words. Still, I'm hoping someone powerful will stand up and say: "It's OK Richard. We're on it. We'll take it from here."

@sonyagoins1 Hope you get better soon. There are numpties everywhere, glad the non-numpty was there to support you and hopefully give the numpty a bit of guidance.
Primary doc sent me back to urgent care, bronchitis won’t let up. I ask nurse if I can sit outside because I’m on chemo and room is packed. Nurse says, “no!” Another nurse steps in and says, “I’ll come get you when they call your name.” Thank God for people with common sense.
@trishgreenhalgh I'm still waiting for my grandson to be be,he's a lucky boy his mum and dad are great. Oh and my cancer is in metabolic remission! Fandabbydozzy
A medal is lovely. But I’d prefer it if we didn’t have to pay £20 after loosing our ID badge in a cardiac arrest, weren’t turned a way from the canteen when wearing scrubs on call, or not have to pay £100s for a parking permit but be ‘not guaranteed a space’.
The decision by @BorisJohnson to lift all restrictions will be a big problem for the immunocompromised who do not mount good responses to the vaccines? How can they go on public transport or do their food shopping safely?
@alisonleary1 Shocking! It is neglect, value patients right to dignity and respect. If the tables were turned and staff were told to put on incontinence pads as staff shortages would not allow breaks, I wonder what would happen? Where are the roaring nurses? Let us hear your voices!
