CIS have put in place mitigations to overcome the disruption to our services which were experienced across campus yesterday. Staff and Students should now be able to access IT Services as usual.

Sometimes I complain. I am guilty. Today is not one of those days. I had a problem with Outlook caused by my having ACS and Uni accounts (email dead) and within 10 mins the IT wizards at @Durhamuni_cis provided by @durham_uni had remotely logged in and fixed it! Awesome support!
