🎙️✨VO Mindset Tip: There will always be another audition. So don't treat the one in front of you as the end-all, be-all, last opportunity you'll ever get. Do it justice, then submit it and forget about it so you can move on to the next one that comes your way.

It's one thing to teach people to not make the same mistakes you did, but if you're continuing to do it voluntarily, you'll come off as hypocritical.

But….
Practice what you preach.
When it comes to the whole “rules for thee, not for me” thing, I don’t think people necessarily have a problem with a standard. It’s when there’s double standards implicitly being placed on them while the one setting standards doesn’t follow them.
It honestly makes others feel disparaged, not to mention it makes them feel like the game is rigged against them.
Don’t set rules you don’t intend to follow. It’s a bad look :(
