@AeirFGC @davemeltzerWON I’m sure they do but those aren’t going to be large numbers or anything that’s going to drive the promotion forward. They know what their bread and butter is and that’s who they book for. It’s not a knock on them.

Running an angle to have a match is not telling stories. Stop confusing "running angles" (attacking someone etc) with "storytelling." One is a trope to set up a match while the other is the emotional narrative that makes us care about the people in it. They are not the same.

@marknorm Joking aside, Downey played a generic character, convincingly, I might add. Druski very poorly played the widow of a political and cultural icon, who just recently was assassinated. It would be more like doing a blackface widow of MLK, Jr. thing right after he was murdered.
