@Jacksfacebook @KerbertX It can make a movie better or worse but if everything else about a movie is good the movie will still be good. Where as a great performance doesn’t make a great movie. You can get basically any passable actor into a great movie and it would still be great.

@uk3578 @Jacksfacebook So the narrative that the casting was influenced isn’t necessarily proven. But…the casting is still wrong. Small roles for sure, but still bad choices. The feminist translation of the odyssey they adapted is also a concern.

@Dustinthewind62 @sapphyreblayze It's a comicbook movie. Being a fan is the most important thing when doing press junkets and selling the scripts. Good actors convince you they love the source material. Look at Tom Holland with Spiderman. He LOVES the character and it makes up love it more.

And it really doesn’t matter that much who in a movie. Acting is like fifth most important decision in if a movie will be good. And she’s attractive
