So, I tried a more authentic style of cooking video this time. It's a bit longer but I wanted to try it. Let me know how you feel about it. This is a recipe I think would be in rotation in the Slums pretty often given how simple and accessible it is. This Easy Chicken, Mushroom and Rice dish turned out pretty good. #FinalFantasyVII #food

I’ve recently revisited this and honestly my only issue is the traveling taking too long. If they do a remaster I think all they really need to do is add a 2x speed option for traveling and possibly combat and make enemies farmable. The combat is fine imo and I think it holds up. The hallway simulator complaints have never made sense to me because FFX was the exact same. Every zone was start in the corridor and get to the next. The graphics and pretty much everything else still holds up very well.

I’ve been playing through FF13 using the strategy guide and it’s made me realize how much I miss going to buy a game and getting the guide with it. Then on the car ride home reading the guide in anticipation to play the games. Digital media has kinda ruined all of that. Now we are lucky to get a sheet of paper inside the game case.

So I was cooking the other day and I look back and my oven was on fire on the inside. Apparently the heating element shorted out and caught fire. 😳 I should be back to cooking later this week with videos returning next week.
