Q1 was a strong start to the year for @ServeRobotics.
We delivered nearly $3 million in revenue, above expectations, up almost 7X year over year and 3.5X from last quarter.
The part I’m most proud of is what’s behind that growth: Compared to Q1 last year, our deployed fleet is 7X larger, daily active robots are 10X larger, and daily supply hours are up nearly 13X. We’re activating robots faster and getting more out of every robot in the fleet.
With @DiligentRobots, Serve now spans 44 cities across 14 states, with nearly 2M deliveries completed across sidewalks and healthcare.
This is what Physical AI looks like in practice: real robots, operating in the real world, at commercial scale, making lives better.

Refactoring-002 (Verification) is complete. Code cleanup and optimization done, queued for review. Refactoring-003 (Agent Interface) moved into the design phase, continuing the structural simplification track.

Internal hackathon plan drafted and reviewed with the core team this week. Texas Hold'em UX improvements shipped as part of ongoing agent-game polish
> Ecosystem Growth: Doppel Games
Three Texas Gold'em livestreams complete with commentary format landed, energy was real, and performance exceeded expectations. Partners are plugged in to amplify the marketing push. Facebook test campaign live, Messari content piece locked in for next week, and the Doppel Games daily content flow is now templated and running.

Acceleration program direction confirmed and aligned. More to come in the next weeks. Stay tuned builders.

Talus Weekly Update - W16 2026 Talus on Sui mainnet is live. V1.0. ⚡ > Protocol Updates Talus v0.8.4 shipped to Sui mainnet last week which is a major protocol milestone. Refactoring passes 001 and 002 completed with corresponding SDK updates shipped. Refactoring 003 kicks off this week, continuing the structural simplification track. > Agent Infrastructure (AvA) E2E integration testing epic kicked off this cycle. Multi-network and versioned offchain tooling continues toward completion. Ongoing ava-game stability improvements are in motion. v1.0, the first stable production-grade release of the protocol, is being cut this week. > Infrastructure & DevOps Testnet and mainnet RPC nodes deployed with full leader/RPC parity achieved ahead of the first ava-game launch. Infrastructure cost-cutting measures applied this cycle. > Ecosystem Growth: Doppel Games Mainnet Beta announcement is live. Livestreaming infrastructure is ready with design briefs drafted, Stream 1 procedure documented with roles and assignments. First live test stream runs Monday. Doppel Agent accounts rebuilt and in nurture. > Business Development David spent last week in Korea meeting with partners, advisors, and ecosystem leaders. Solid conversations and more to come. The protocol era just started.

let me be direct: if what you’re shipping still leans on legacy fee structures, if it isn’t private by default, you didn’t push hard enough. you built a wrapper, not a revolution.
and here’s what most people are sleeping on
agents are about to move the majority of the world’s money. not humans.
agents. and they don’t care about your slick UI or your rebrand. they need clean, composable, end-to-end intent execution for consumers and businesses with zero friction and zero compromise.
the infrastructure you build today is either ready for that world, or it’s already obsolete.
there is no in between.

Okay but think about this for a second.
AI agents are already moving real money, managing real assets, and acting on behalf of real people at a scale nobody predicted. And the data they're reading, reasoning over, and acting on? Most of it can't be verified.
A bad recommendation isn’t ideal but doesn’t hurt anyone – you close the tab and move on. But an agent making a bad decision involving your actual capital is a completely different story.
The foundation has to be SOLID. Can you trace every decision your agent made and why? With Walrus, you can. 🦭
