1/🧵 Using our #FIBmilling workflow, we prepared lamellae from left ventricular #myofibrils and focused our #CryoET beam on the central regions of the A-band and targetting the C-zone. We resolved the thick and thin filaments in the relaxed state with resolutions ranging 8-24 Å.
