Such a weird series of reactions to the Wentz signing. Some think he was signed as the starter and some think this means JJ is done and the Vikings are getting rid of him. I think it’s more likely that they have 2 QBs with an injury history and wanted no shot of Brosmer playing.

@vikingsspin I like Pocic, but he is coming off a torn Achilles in December. Would be lucky to be ready for the beginning of the season and would have no reps before hand to get familiar with the QB and rest of the O-Line

@DustBaker @Superskolfan My feelings exactly. He still has a lot of value as a receiver and pass blocker, but he is not the future here. Need to get a real home run hitter and get younger. With that said if they do draft a RB earlyish then I love the move

The Vikings and RB Aaron Jones have agreed to a revised contract to keep him in Minnesota for the 2026 season, sources tell me and @RapSheet.
Jones lowers his base salary to $5.5 million and will stay in Minnesota.
