We are looking for the white racist owner of this white Hilux bakkie. The driver of the Hyundai H1 stopped to offload passengers (family and friends) at an OK Store in Beacon Bay, East London. The racist got so impatient with the driver (a black male of course), he started ramming the vehicle from the back. He parked his bakkie and went inside the shops. The driver of the H1 parked him in, to take his details. The racist came back and started ramming the H1 from the passengers sliding door and drove off. While doing all of this he was using all sorts of racist insults. He had a firearm on his waist that is why nobody could confront him. We hear the car belongs to a Van Cittert from Baysville in EL. I have stopped all trips for super fans, we have athletes & artist who are struggling to raise money to attend sporting events and exhibitions, how do we justify paying for fans? We shall no longer be paying for these trips and will use that money where it’s needed the most.

I have a similar approach. My team are all remote. I have a teams first thing…. This is what I need done today, is there anything stopping you doing that? No, ok I’m available if you need me. They will go to their kids school swimming, doctors, shopping, I don’t care. As long as they do the agreed workload in the day it’s fine.

Things I'm sick of hearing from my employees: - Can I leave early today - I'll be late in the morning - My child is sick, can I rush off - I've got a doctor's appointment tomorrow, is that okay - I'm going to be late back from lunch, I've got some things to sort I don't care.
