@HelpDe_te I do not need to DM you, what I and other customers need is for your staff to behave more humanely. If a bag fits in the metal cage it fits. A soft bag popping out 1-2cm should not be criticised and threatened with a hefty fee. Guide your employees to be reasonable, kind, fair.

Ryanair are being unreasonable with their baggage policy. I nearly had to pay even though my tag had the exact cms matching their policy. They were complaining because the soft case bag popped a cm out from their metal case. Fine when pressed. #airlinefail @Maltairport @Ryanair
