Pretty sure we found some "tornado footprints" in a wheat field. @DerekWittWx. Toussaint-Portage Rd and 163, north side of the intersection. Confirmed tornado was farther north. 5 year old for scale.

I came home from our friends’ New Year’s party with lots of leftovers and a very active sourdough starter. I totally missed the bread making phase of covid since I had a newborn… who’s got some advice and resources for me?

@DyDyRN It is! I fed it this morning, used the discard in some pancakes. Planning on keeping it in the refrigerator because I’ll probably only be baking on weekends or days off.

@DyDyRN Oh, this is a crowd pleaser. I take a parchment lined baking sheet, and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on the bottom, then roast the broccoli on top. The broccoli just disappears when I make this one.
